Press Release: Acresta announces Unitywater as latest BlinkMobile customer at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2014
GARTNER SYMPOSIUM/ITxpo, GOLD COAST, 18 November 2014 – Acresta announced today at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2014 that Unitywater have deployed the BlinkMobile Platform. Acresta has developed a Customer Request App for Unitywater leveraging the BlinkMobile Platform.
Unitywater’s customers are now able to inform Unitywater of issues relating to the water and sewerage network via a mobile app available on multiple platforms. Acresta, in partnership with Optus delivered the app to Unitywater with features such as geo-location, signature, photos and supported on all major mobile operating systems within one month of being given the go ahead.
