In the Annual General Meeting Address, our CEO highlighted the progress made in 2024 and the promising developments in 2025. Simble continues to excel in Energy and Sustainability Software Solutions, with our flagship platforms providing real-time intelligence and carbon footprint tracking. We have expanded into Renewable Energy Developments, supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy.

Operational highlights include partnerships with Intellihub and the Royal Automobile Association, as well as the launch of Simble Academy and the signing of a strategic partnership with Nisa in the UK. In 2025, we integrated our CarbonView App with MYOB Acumatica and signed an MOU with Aquarsolium for smart water metering solutions. Additionally, a partnership agreement with The Noledge Group will offer our platforms to Sage and Netsuite customers in Ireland and the UK.

Simble is actively pursuing renewable energy projects, such as the Gladstone Green Industry Park and solar and battery farms across NSW.
