Annual General Meeting Results

Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) held its Annual General Meeting on Friday, 16 May 2025 and we are pleased to announce the results of the meeting. All resolutions voted on were successfully carried, including remuneration report, re-election of directors, and approval for the issue of options and shares. Proxies were received in advance, and the voting results reflect strong investor support.

Additionally, resolutions for the appointment of an auditor and approval of a placement facility were also successfully carried. While all proposed resolutions were put to the meeting, no resolutions were excluded from consideration.
