Our company, Simble Solutions Limited, has issued a total of 79,162,500 unquoted equity securities under an employee incentive scheme. These options are exercisable at $0.0035 and will expire on December 31, 2030, subject to vesting conditions. The issuance was approved by securityholders on May 16, 2025.
