Capital Raise and Board Changes

Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) is pleased to announce a successful Capital Raising of approximately $527,375 and Board Changes. The funds raised, including $500,000 from a Placement and an additional $27,375, will be used to strengthen our balance sheet and support the growth of our global energy and sustainability software solutions business. The Placement is part of a series of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing immediate revenues and enhancing our financial position.

We are also excited to welcome Faldi Ismail to the Board as our new Non-Executive Chairman, bringing over 20 years of experience in capital markets and corporate strategy.

The Placement details include the issue of 200 million fully paid ordinary shares at a price of $0.0025 per Share, representing a 17% discount to the last traded price. The Company has also canceled its At-The-Market Facility and initiated steps to optimize shareholder value.
