Energy Management Platform Simble to list on the ASX

Australian Financial Review (January 17, 2017) – The initial public offering market is kicking off for 2018, with energy management software company Simble one of the first tech companies set to list on the ASX this year, raising up to $7.5 million, as the nine-year-old tech company looks to commercialise a new energy management platform and adopt a channel partner sales model.

Founded by former Accenture consultant and Viewlocity vice president  Fadi Geha in 2009, the company started out under the name Acresta, but changed to Simble in 2016 and provides enterprises and small businesses with software to track and analyse their energy usage in real-time, as well as internet of things devices such as smart metres, switches and beacons and software for mobile workforces.

With the company looking to list in late February, Mr Geha said the capital raised would go toward the commercialisation of its Simble Energy Platform, which it intends to be the main revenue growth driver for the business.
