Core values are what support the vision, shape the culture of a company.  They are the essence of the company’s identity – the principles, beliefs or philosophy of values.

Having a set of shared values that everyone buys into is what helps to shape a healthy culture. If we are happy, we have a more positive outlook on all aspects of our lives – our environment, the people we work with, and the work we produce.
